I’m going to look at some cars today and thinking about trading mine in. The car I’m looking at is probaly 4,000 more than what they will give me for my car. I have bad credit so how would I get a loan for the rest of the money. Would they just charge me a really high APR?

My credit rating sure is about 500, right now. Though I am usually very responsible with money, I was sick and unable to work for 3 years. I missed several payments and developed bad credit. Things have changed, and I am completely healed/not sick anymore.
I found a car that I like, which inexpensive so that I can pay it off asap. It also has low mileage. I see many websites online offering auto loans, but have no idea if they are legitimate. I guess they might have similar thoughts about me because of my credit history. lol! Where is the best place to go for a low credit loan? Thank you!

I have already tried one of the local dealers and they told me no yesterday. I have a car financed with Ford Credit right now and I am upside down on it because I deffered a few payments a while back. I want to trade it in, because it is starting to have problems and it is not worth me putting more money into it. I really do not want to go to a buy here pay here llot, because their cars are really over priced and they usually have motor issues too. Please let me know what you think. Thanks!

I think that my score is about a 525. I do not have an money to put down and I need to trade in a car that I owe about 4000 on and it is worth about 2000. What should I do?
